The SSC is a group of parents and staff who work together to enrich the curriculum and school environment of John Green Elementary School. This group provides oversight on State funding spent at the school, develops the school's Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA), and recommends its approval to the School District. The SSC administers and regularly evaluates the effectiveness of the SPSA by leveraging the student test scores, information from the California Department of Education, and input from the principal, staff, students, and parents. Meetings are held monthly.

COMMUNITY TOWN HALL MEETING WITH THE SUPERINTENDENT REGARDING GRADE CHANGE CONFIGURATION AT FALLON AND GREEN: September 20th, 6:30 PM, Multi-Purpose Room, John Green Elementary:

This meeting has been initiated by the Superintendent to address a variety of concerns related to the forthcoming vote planned by the DUSD School Board on the Boundary Committee's recommendation that outlines a potential grade change configuration for the schools in the east.

PARENT FACULTY CLUB (PFC) BOARD MEETING: September 21st, 6:30 PM, Library:

The PFC is a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization which supports the educational experience through fundraising and organizing school and family activities. Every parent and faculty member is a part of the PFC. Meetings are held monthly.

NOTE: The Dublin Unified School District (DUSD) Board of Trustees plans to take action during the September 28th meeting listed above on the Boundary Committee's recommendation that outlines a potential grade configuration change for the schools in the east, including but not limited to Dublin Ranch. This recommendation would alleviate the need for an immediate boundary change for approximately five years.
